Confession 1: I love avocados. Who wouldn’t? They’re creamy, delicious and loaded with heart-healthy fats.
Confession 2: I love mac and cheese. Who wouldn’t? It’s creamy, delicious, and okay maybe not so heart-healthy, but it’s a comfort food that we can indulge in occasionally.
So when I came across an article about a “low calorie mac and cheese” I was intrigued.
Then I saw the video and agreed with the Twitter outrage.

Why would we need to fix what isn’t broken? Why mess with a classic? Why not have a smaller portion of mac and cheese and make an avo salad at the side if you’re that concerned with calories?
Have a look at the video and tell me in the comments below how you feel about this injustice to two great foods.
